杉山製作所は刃物などのモノづくりで有名な岐阜県関市にあります。1962年に創業し、自動車部品や鉄道の車両部品を作っていました。今はその熟練した技術と設備をいかして鉄家具を作っています。そして鉄の良さを生かしたデザイン・企画から製作まで自社で行っています。

Sugiyama Seisakusho is based in Seki-shi, Gifu Prefecture, located in the center of Japan, and Seki is one of the most famous towns in Japan for many well-known manufacturers that are proud of their craftsmanship are based in. Our establishment was back in 1962, and we were originally producing parts of automobiles and railroad vehicles. We are now producing solid iron furniture with facilities and skills which have been cultivated throughout the long history of manufacturing. We carry out all the process of furniture production, from design and planning to production in our factory, and are proud of our solid iron furniture which you can feel the excellence of the “iron” as a material.
